Drop an image here, or
JPG, PNG or WebP. The file is processed locally and never uploaded.
Optional limits
Equal to the limit counts as pass. Checks re-run as you type.
How it works
- Everything stays on your device. The file is read into the page and decoded by your browser. Nothing is uploaded, stored, logged or sent anywhere — there is no server-side processing, no analytics on your files, and we never see filenames or measurements.
- What gets measured. Width and height are the image's pixel dimensions; the file size is the exact number of bytes of the file you selected. 1 KB = 1024 bytes, 1 MB = 1024×1024 bytes.
- Pixels vs. bytes. Pixel dimensions describe how large the image is on screen; file size describes how much space it takes up (or how long it takes to upload). A highly compressed photo can have large dimensions but small bytes, and vice versa — that is why both are shown side by side.
- Limits. If you set a maximum KB or minimum width/height, each limit is checked and reported with the exact difference. Meeting a limit exactly counts as passing.
- Limitations. Only JPG, PNG and WebP are decoded. HEIC/HEIF, SVG, GIF and damaged files get a clear "not supported" message. The byte count is the file's own size, so re-saved or re-compressed copies may differ from the original.
